Welcome to HappyFly.in, a complete online travel booking platform by Taj Travels, offering flight and hotel reservations. By accessing or using our website, services, or booking tools, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all services offered on HappyFly.in, including flight and hotel bookings.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates indicates your acceptance.
All bookings are subject to real-time availability and final confirmation from airlines or hotel partners.
Prices may fluctuate until full payment is made and booking is confirmed.
Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Delayed or partial payments may result in automatic cancellation.
Booking details and e-tickets/hotel vouchers will be sent via email or WhatsApp after payment confirmation.
Fares shown are subject to change due to airline rules and availability.
Flight bookings are governed by the respective airline's policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and baggage.
Passengers are responsible for checking baggage limits, ID requirements, and check-in times.
Hotel bookings are subject to availability and may be declined if the hotel becomes unavailable after confirmation.
Check-in/check-out times, extra person charges, ID requirements, and local regulations are governed by the hotel.
Any special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, room preferences) are subject to hotel approval and are not guaranteed.
Hotel rates may not include local taxes, service charges, or resort fees, which must be paid directly to the hotel.
Cancellation policies differ between airlines and hotels. Always check terms before booking.
HappyFly.in may charge a processing fee in addition to airline or hotel cancellation fees.
Refund timelines:
Flights: 7–21 working days (subject to airline processing).
Hotels: 5–15 working days (based on hotel refund policy).
Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for refunds under any condition.
Changes to bookings (e.g., dates, names, or hotel types) depend on provider rules and may incur charges.
All changes must be requested via our customer support channels and are subject to approval and availability.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information.
HappyFly.in is not responsible for losses due to errors such as wrong names, travel dates, or ID issues.
Users must carry valid documents (ID, passport, visa, etc.) as required for travel and hotel check-in.
HappyFly.in acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for disruptions, overbookings, or service issues caused by airlines, hotels, or other vendors.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of travel time or costs due to delays or cancellations.
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data for booking and communication purposes.
We may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control or take responsibility for their content, pricing, or policies.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
