Refund Policy
- Only applicable for Domestic flight bookings (Excluding Air India) made with Happyfly
- Customers need to cancel booking online through Happyfly portal on desktop or mobile.
- Refund will be triggered from Happyfly, within 7 days of receiving the request. However, private and public banks have their own turnaround time for refunds ranging from 2-7 days (depending upon the time taken by the bank at their own end).
- In case a customer wants his refund in his account via NEFT, an offline request will be taken and Happyfly will take 7-10 days to process the refund. This is not covered under instant refund.
- In case a customer has already received the refund in Happyfly e-wallet, any transfer to other mode will be outside the purview of Instant refund.
- If flight is canceled by the airline or passenger has cancelled the flight directly with the airline, this will be outside the scope of Instant refund.
- If a customer is coming to cancel the booking, 5 months after the booking date, refund will be processed in 15-20 days from Happyfly end and not covered under instant refund.
